LG MOBILE LAUNCH

 

THE PROJECT:  LG VIEWTY LAUNCH

 

LG Electronics commissioned our team to launch LG's new camera phone by staging an event that will gather its stakeholders from different regions and different media outlets. The goal is to unveil the newest LG mobile technology through an event that will create a night of an LG MOBILE EXPERIENCE to its consumers. 

 

AUDIENCE & ATTENDANCE (by invitation only)

Approximately about 1,500 guests attended; mobile dealers from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, Telco groups, International organizations, personalities from various industries, e.g. showbiz, media, music, fashion, travel, sports, and politics. 

 

THE LG MOBILE EXPERIENCE

Instead of the usual entertainment gimmick and stage production presentation in unveiling a product, our team was up to the challenge to showcase the product features through an alternative expression. Our team worked closely with the client's PR agency in building the concept of the 'LG HEROES'. The idea is to create a group of brand ambassadors from different walks of life and to make their stories known to the public. The story is about their LG Experience (the integration of the LG Viewty in their daily lives). Each hero embodies and complements the features of the product. The expressions of the LG Mobile experience was filmed through a 5-minute video by our crew. The film was shown during the product reveal. 

 

THE ACTIVATION 

We deployed 24 product detailers; these are male and female models that went through a thorough product orientation and training. They were stationed at different interactive hubs where guests can explore and try the product. A photo exhibit was placed in the area, featuring the photos taken by the LG Heroes using their LG VIEWTY - this is to highlight the megapixel and the panoramic features of the phone. 

 

OUR SCOPE OF WORK

  • Overall Event Management (Conceptualization to implementation)

  • Onsite Guests Registration Management

  • Stage and Exhibit Area Fabrication and Installation

  • We booked airfare tickets of provincial and regional guests, VIP arrangements, transportation management, and land transfers of VIP guests from the airport to the event venue.
